Counselling


There are times in our lives when we experience distressing events and feelings which seem to have no end solution in sight. Sometimes we know that our feelings are due to particular circumstances like illness, marital stress or bereavement and at other times we may have no idea what is making us feel the way we do; all we know is that our lives have become uncomfortable, difficult or even intolerable.

If you have CFS then you undoubtedly have many stresses upon you and you may well need some support. Everybody needs emotional support sometimes. We may confide in friends or family over a cup of tea. Sometimes it can be helpful to take it a step further and see a trained counsellor.

There are advantages to talking with a trained counsellor. A counsellor is not emotionally involved in your life so you can talk freely and in complete confidence. She is non-judgemental and she is trained to help you resolve the emotional issues you are having difficulty with.
