I recently had the flu (no idea whether it was the swine variety or another).  I ached all over, a lot more than my husband (who had had the flu the week before) and amoungst my exhaustion I thought “surely the Fibromyalgia isn't back again”.  So I relaxed in bed for the day, said thank you to my self for the rest, took vitamin C and stated my routines to clear my energy.  After 24 hours my energy was back but the pains were still there and settling more into my abdomen.  So I did a lot more chakra clearing and after 36 hours I was back on my feet without pain.  In retrospect I think the flu helped me clear a lot of old stuff from my 2nd chakra, so I said thank you again. I am happy to post a guided meditation for clearing stuff, if you want and if I can find out how to do it.
